Republic Day

We at  Universal Educational and Cultural Trust celebrate Republic Day on January 26th to honor the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1950. The day begins with flag hoisting and singing the national anthem. Cultural programs highlight India’s rich heritage, and patriotic speeches inspire pride in our democracy. It’s a moment to reflect on the values of justice, equality, and liberty that form the foundation of our nation.

Independence Day

We celebrate Independence Day on August 15th, commemorating India’s freedom from British rule in 1947. The day is marked with flag hoisting, cultural performances, and paying tribute to the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. It reminds us of our responsibility to uphold the hard-won values of independence, fostering a sense of unity, pride, and commitment to building a better nation.

Gandhi Jayanti

We also observe Gandhi Jayanti on October 2nd to honor Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary, the Father of the Nation. On this day, we reflect on his values of non-violence, truth, and simplicity. Programs are organized to spread awareness of his teachings, and efforts are made to promote harmony and social justice. It’s a day to renew our commitment to Gandhian principles in our daily lives.
